PAYMENT:
La Petit Poulette accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash and checks.

APPOINTMENTS:
To make an appointment, please call La Petit Poulette at 661-323-7700.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment as a courtesy for other clients an our spa staff. This enables you to sit relax have a glass of wine or our signature water and start enjoying your special time.

DELAYS:
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, we appreciate being notified of your delay. In order to respect our clients schedules all service visits must end at their scheduled time.

Please be advised:
* Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments is not recommended.
* Eating immediately prior to a massage is not recommend.

CANCELLATIONS:
There is no penalty for cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of appointments. Should you need to cancel within the 24 hours window, your gift certificate will no longer be valid, if using a series card the session will be counted as done. Emergency situations will be taken under consideration. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by e-mail.

*Gratuities are left to the discretion of the individual guests and can be added to credit cards
* Gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at the time of service
* Please turn off any cell phones and pagers

PRICES:
Prices are subject to change without notice.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates never expire, however, gift certificates over 1 year old there will be an additional charge to equal the current price for service.

SALES:
All sales are final. There are no refunds on services, including gift certificates. No refunds on products, exchanges may be made on unopened products.
